Common questions

Do you take bookings?
Yes! Please book here. For any group bookings for more than 15 people, please email pizzatipi@coldatnight.co.uk

Do you take walk-ins?
Walk-ins are always welcome and we will fit you in wherever possible, however, it is not guaranteed so if you’re not sure we recommend booking.

Do you allow dogs?
Dogs are encouraged! We have plenty of water bowls waiting.

What payments do you accept?
Card only.

Do you cater for gluten-free?
Gluten free bases are available for any pizza, we also have gluten free sides.

What about coeliacs?
Unfortunately due to the nature of our kitchen environment we cannot cater for coeliacs. Coeliacs may eat with us at their own risk.

And dairy free?
Dairy free / vegan cheese available for any pizza!

What are the different seating areas?
Nearly all our seating areas are undercover, so good in all weathers, but bear in mind that we are an outdoor restaurant so layers are a good idea if it’s a little chilly!

  • Under the tipi (enclosed), multiple seating options and a lovely fire.

  • Barside booth (enclosed), 6-8 guests per table, close to the bar & loos. Not suitable for highchairs.

  • Riverside booth (enclosed), 6-8 guests per table with river views

  • Riverside bench (sheltered), up to 4 guests per table with river views

Cancellation Policy
You will need to use a credit card to secure your online booking. Should you need to cancel this booking you can do this through the online portal (link in confirmation email). No charge will be made if the cancellation is made at least 6 hours before your table booking time. Should you need to cancel your reservation within the 6 hours of your table please contact us and we'll be happy to move your booking to another time that suits you.
In case of a no show your card will be charged £10pp
